Purchasing or accessing Digital Content does not create a coach–client relationship.

Coaching services are provided only under a separate, fully executed written Coaching Agreement, which must be signed and dated by both parties. Nothing on this website, in our digital downloads, or in any content shall be interpreted as personalized coaching, therapy, or professional advice.

7) No Refunds for Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • PDF downloads

  • Digital bundles

  • Video links

  • Any other digital or electronically delivered content

8) Payment Terms & Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from our website, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is filed, you remain legally responsible for the full purchase amount, plus any associated fees, collection costs, or legal expenses. Any chargeback filed in violation of this Policy will constitute a breach of these Terms.

If you submit comments, feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it.
