1) Acceptance of the Terms of Use

  • Share, forward, or upload our PDFs, videos, written materials, or links

  • Create derivative works

  • Sell, sublicense, or exploit the materials for commercial use

Your purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only.

5) License and Permitted Use

All Digital Content is for your personal, individual, non-commercial use only. Participation in our Services is also for your personal, individual use only.


You agree NOT to:

  • Share the files or links with others

  • Post them online

  • Distribute them in any way

  • Give others access to your purchase

  • Share access to or permit others to attend any paid Service using your registration.

  • Record, reproduce, or distribute any live webinar, workshop, or masterclass without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized sharing violates intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

6) Digital Content Does NOT Create a Coaching Relationship

Purchasing or accessing Digital Content or participating in any Service does not create a coach–client relationship.

Coaching services are provided only under a separate, fully executed written Coaching Agreement, which must be signed and dated by both parties. Nothing on this website, in our Digital Content, through our Services, or in any content shall be interpreted as creating a coach–client relationship or as providing personalized coaching, therapy, or professional advice.

7) Refund Policy

Because Digital Content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of Digital Content are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • PDF downloads

  • Digital bundles

  • Video links

  • Any other digital or electronically delivered content

 

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refund and cancellation policies for individual Services, where applicable, are set forth in the additional terms and conditions applicable to that Service.

8) Payment Terms & Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from our website, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is filed, you remain legally responsible for the full purchase amount, plus any associated fees, collection costs, or legal expenses. Any chargeback filed in violation of this Policy will constitute a breach of these Terms.

9) User Content & Conduct

If you submit comments, feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or violates these Terms. We may remove any content or restrict access at our discretion.

If any portion is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
